
Penn State Extension is offering an 8-week, virtual, live, group-based strength training program designed for adults aged 40 and older. Held twice weekly for one hour, each session includes an active warm-up, eight to 12 strength-training exercises, a cool down, and nutrition information. There is a $60 fee to participate in this safe, simple, and effective strength training program.
Some insurances may reimburse participants with 80% or better attendance. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.
