Military veterans, reservists, and active-duty service members applying for graduate degree programs at Penn State, including those offered online through Penn State World Campus, will receive a new discount on the application fee.
The newly discounted rate of $45 is effective for spring 2023 admissions. This represents a 30% decrease from the standard $65 application fee. The University has implemented this initiative to open doors to advanced higher education for members of the military.
The discounted rate applies to the more than 50 master’s degrees and the three doctoral programs that are offered online through Penn State World Campus. Prospective students must apply through The Graduate School, and the application fee payment is the final step of the application process.
Penn State has consistently been recognized as a military-friendly school for the many education benefits, academic programs, and support resources available to active-duty service members, reservists, veterans, and ROTC students.
