The Penn State Alumni Association invites all alumni to take advantage of their virtual speaker session series. This session features Dr. Katrina Black Reed, assistant professor of recreation, park, and tourism management at Penn State Abington. Dr. Reed will talk about the role that Out of School Time (OST) programs play in promoting justice-oriented youth in marginalized populations, encouraging positive youth development, and mobilizing youth to be social agents of change.
