The Penn State Alumni Association invites all alumni to take advantage of their virtual speaker session series. This session features Keely Tolley Roen, associate teaching professor of and program coordinator for wildlife technology at Penn State DuBois. She will talk about her experience with capturing and banding the small saw-whet owls and the program’s annual participation in Project Owlnet.
