The Center for Performing Arts at Penn State and the Theater of War Productions are co-presenting a dramatic reading of the speech Frederick Douglass delivered on September 24, 1883, at the the National Convention of Colored Men in Louisville, Kentucky. Emmy Award–winning actor Keith David will deliver the reading.
