The Penn State Alumni Association and the College of Education’s Social Equity Alumni Network have teamed up to share some southern-inspired recipes to add to your next tailgate. Who wouldn’t want Penn State Blue Crab dip, down-home barbecued chicken football tarts, and brown sugar praline pecans to mix things up a bit? A list of ingredients is provided in advance so that you can cook along with guest chef Jhan Doughty ’94g.
