Roar Where You Are Scavenger Hunt

If you have not joined our “Penn State World Campus Alumni” Facebook group or followed @pennstateworldcampusalumni on Instagram, now is a great time to do so. You need not be an alumna/us of World Campus to join. 

There are two categories for competition:

• Individual — One individual executes the challenges, and friends and family may be in the pictures
• Team — Up to six people may work together to execute as many challenges as possible, and you can still have friends and family in the pictures and along for the ride

Facebook Entry

• Navigate to the Facebook event page
• Add a Post with your video/photo/link
• Use the following format to “say something about this photo” so we can track your entries (completion of the challenges): #YourTeam/IndividualName #ChallengeNumber
• Click Post

Instagram Entry

• Post your completed challenge on your account using this format to note completion of the challenge in the caption: #YourTeam/IndividualName #Challenge Number
• Tag @pennstateworldcampusalumni
• Click Post/Done

Email Entry

• Send your completed challenges to alumni@worldcampus.psu.edu
• Subject line: Your Name
• If sending a single completed challenge, include the challenge number in subject
• If sending all completed challenges in one email, name each picture with the challenge number

Contestants may also enter the contest by mail. Print your completed challenges and mark each one with the corresponding challenge number. Include your team or individual name on your pages and send to: Marcia Kimler, Penn State World Campus, Development and Alumni Relations, 100 Innovation Blvd. Suite 222, University Park, PA 16802. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Monday, June 23, 2025.

Note: Photos submitted by email or mail will not be published and will only be used as proof of participation. Winners will be officially notified on Monday, June 30, 2025.
