This virtual panel discussion features Penn State World Campus alumni who will provide insights on remote working based on the environments in which they work: manufacturing, travel, and entertainment. The transition to remote work due to COVID-19 has created a new set of challenges, some advantages, and several unanticipated consequences. This event is co-sponsored by the Penn State Center for Workplace Performance and the Penn State virtual chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. The public is invited to participate. Alumni panelists include Ayanna Anis, director of human resources, Netflix, Inc.; Alla Marie “Bunny” Comilla, senior director of global human resources, Zippo Manufacturing Company and Northern Lights Candles; and David Needham, human resources manager, Delta Air Lines, New York.
