The Penn State McCourtney Institute for Democracy invites you to attend their in-person and online events aimed at facilitating thought-provoking conversations about democracy. 

Peter Pomerantsev, a senior fellow at the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University, will share his ongoing research on the workings of the Kremlin’s propaganda in post-2014 Ukraine. He will discuss its main trends and their evolution in the years leading to Russia’s full-scale invasion and comment on the new challenges of information war and the latest efforts at counter-propaganda in its aftermath.
