Penn State’s annual Fall Career Days is a University-wide career fair organized by Penn State Career Services. Open to all students and alumni, Fall Career Days at University Park offers the opportunity for job seekers to connect with employers from a wide variety of industries and sectors. All of the following events are in person in 2024:
- Tuesday, September 17: Non-Technical Full-Time and Internship Recruitment, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 18: Internship and Co-op Recruitment, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, September 19: Technical Full-Time Recruitment, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Professional dress is required, and we suggest bringing copies of your résumé. Career Days is most suitable for recent grads with 0–3 years of professional experience. Visit the Career Days website or download the Penn State Career Success app for a list of employers attending and a map of the fair. Registration will be at Gates A & B.
