Penn State’s annual Fall Career Days is a University-wide career fair organized by Penn State Career Services and will take place September 12 to 15. Open to all students and alumni, Fall Career Days at University Park offers the opportunity for job seekers to connect with employers from a wide variety of industries and sectors. All of the following events are in person in 2023:
- Tuesday, September 12: Non-Technical Full-Time Recruitment, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 13: Internship and Co-op Recruitment, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, September 14: Technical Full-Time Recruitment, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Friday, September 15: Interviewing, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Professional dress is required, and we suggest bringing copies of your résumé. Career Days is most suitable for recent grads with 0–3 years of professional experience. Visit the Career Days website or download the Penn State Career Success app for a list of employers attending and a map of the fair. Registration will be at Gates A & B.
