Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Penn State Board of Trustees continues to meet virtually. The Board of Trustees of the University is the corporate body established by the University’s charter with overall responsibility for the government and welfare of the University and all related interests. Committee meetings will be held on February 18. The full Board will meet on February 19.
