The Electoral College decides who hold the Office of the President, and for many, it’s a system that’s difficult to understand. This webinar will be led by Sharon Ann Holt, associate teaching professor of history at Penn State Abington. She will discuss the history of the Electoral College, how your vote contributes to the popular and electoral vote, and the pros and cons of the system.

The NoonTimeU webinar series is hosted by Penn State Great Valley and covers an array of topics to help with your personal and professional development. Registration is required and works best using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
