The Penn State Alumni Association invites all alumni to take advantage of their virtual speaker series. This session features Dr. Amit Sharma, the Edward Friedman and Stuart Mann Professor of Hospitality Management, Associate Director of the School of Hospitality Management, and Director of the Food Decisions Research Laboratory at Penn State. He will discuss the outcomes of a recent research study that focused on understanding how and why restaurant performance was impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic and other related research.
