The Penn State College of Education invites you to participate in their GOLD Women’s Leadership Webinar Series held during July 2021. This webinar features Christina Parle (she/they), an equity, inclusion, and diversity speaker, consultant, and instructional designer through her company Social Responsibility Speaks, LLC. Much of her work is rooted in unlearning, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills. Christina predominately designs and facilitates EID content and curriculum for students, volunteers, and/or staff with nonprofits and corporations. She approaches this work from a foundational and holistic perspective and believes in creating a space where people at different levels of knowledge on EID can learn individually and together.

This program will explore the intersections of empowerment and authenticity with equity, inclusion, and diversity work. Particularly as women, this conversation is of the utmost importance both internally and how we treat other women/feminine humans.
