Join project leader and Penn State Abington assistant professor of Renaissance literature Marissa Nicosia to discuss her discovery process, which has led her to create a website of more than 80 transcribed, researched, and tested recipes and has been featured in The Washington Post and more!

The NoonTimeU webinar series is hosted by Penn State Great Valley and covers an array of topics to help with your personal and professional development. Registration is required and works best using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
