Join internationally recognized disability activist Judy Heumann for an online presentation and discussion on the disability rights movement. Judy is an author, advocate, presenter, consultant, and thought leader. Judy, along with the Penn State community, will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
