DESCRIPTION:Penn State Extension is offering an 8-week\, virtual\, live\, g
 roup-based strength training program designed for adults aged 40 and older
 . Held twice weekly for one hour\, each session includes an active warm-up
 \, eight core strength-training exercises\, a cool down\, and nutrition in
 formation. There is a $60 fee to participate in this safe\, simple\, and e
